SDP protocol, SDP file Format

SDP protocol :

.SDP file can be played in VLC player and Quicktime player.

So without any headers, How is it possible to decode the data ?
From Sample SDP file, what info we are getting ?.
1.MP4v -ES
2.IPaddress and Port to receive data
3.payload type ( 96)
4.profile-level-id ( argument passed to the MPEG4V-ES stream.)
